Refund Policy for The Daily Flex Fitness App
At The Daily Flex, we strive to provide a top-notch fitness experience to help you achieve your goals. However, we understand that refunds may occasionally be necessary. Please review our policy below:
1. Subscription Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions, as these are billed upfront and provide instant access to all app features.
- Quarterly Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of your most recent payment. If approved, access to the app will be revoked immediately upon refund issuance.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions are available within 7 days of your most recent payment. If approved, access to the app will be revoked immediately upon refund issuance.
2. In-App Purchases
- Purchases made within the app, such as individual challenges, add-ons, or special programs, are non-refundable.
3. Trial Periods
- If a free trial is offered and canceled before it ends, no charges will be incurred. Refunds are only available per details outlined in Section 1: Subscription Refunds.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Verified technical issues preventing access to the app that cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Accidental duplicate purchases.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our customer support team at hello@dailyflexapp.com. Please include the following details:
- Your full name and email address used for the subscription.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID).
- A brief description of the issue.
6. Additional Information
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds are processed according to the payment method used during purchase.
