Volume III is an extension of the Shred & Shape Challenge Series, however the previous programs are NOT a prerequisite in order to effectively utilize this new edition. PHASE I of the workouts in this program will include lean muscle building routines with proper weekly progression. PHASE II will take you through fat burning workouts to properly continue your shaping and shredding of your beautiful muscle tone and definition.
