RETURN POLICY

No Refunds, No Exceptions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a store credit (minus shipping charges) in the form of a Tiana Joelle E-Gift Card  to purchase a different size/or item, as long as the item meets the criteria below. If the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, we will replace it with the same item, in the same size. We do not offer refunds, and due to always changing availability, we do not offer product exchanges.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition.  (No stains, perfume, etc.)
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once your return is delivered to our warehouse.

No Return Authorization Number is needed. Send returns along with the return form (if you no longer have the return form, just indicate the name on the order and Order # on a sheet of paper), indicating reason for return to:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
