Become the Master of You

Write down five (5) things you normally do in your down time. Next write down five (5) things you are going to do differently in place of those usual five regular things you do.

Follow your new Down Time List for the next four weeks.
If you cannot master the disciplining of your own activities, then it will be hard for you to make the changes you really want to make in order to shape your life for the better!
